Privacy policy and account controls

Updated 2 November 2026

This console is operated for the owner of the Daily Escape Radio YouTube channel. It uses YouTube API Services for authorized channel production and performance review. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Information accessed and its purpose

When the operator connects Google, the console accesses the approved channel's identity, video and playlist information, upload and scheduling status, and private YouTube Analytics and Reporting results. These support video publishing, catalogue management and performance review.

The console stores encrypted OAuth credentials to refresh authorized access, encrypted upload sessions to resume interrupted transfers, resource identifiers and cached performance reports. It also stores programme plans, generated media, reference artwork and review decisions supplied or created for the operator.

Use, storage and service providers

Google API data is used for the authorized features described here, subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements. Google data is not sold, used for advertising or used to train general-purpose AI models.

Railway hosts the application, private storage, database and protected recovery copies. When configured, Temporal processes workflow execution history. Generation providers receive the operator's music or image prompts and selected reference artwork. Google OAuth credentials and private YouTube reports are not sent to music or image generation providers.

Private reports and review assets require operator authentication. Credentials are encrypted in the database and application connections use HTTPS. The website uses essential login and temporary Google-connection cookies. These public pages do not load advertising or third-party analytics trackers. Hosting providers may process network and request information to operate and secure the service.

Retention and removal

Authorized performance reports may be retained while the operator remains connected. When enabled, daily collection checks the connection. If Google reports that the refresh grant is invalid, the console removes active cached Google data and requires reconnection.

The removal control attempts Google token revocation and removes the active database's Google credentials, reports, pending connections, upload sessions and video or playlist references. Existing channel videos remain on YouTube. Production records whose references were removed are held for operator reconciliation to prevent duplicate uploads.

Protected database recovery copies follow the configured backup retention, separately from deletion in the active application. A prior removal request must be reapplied after restoring a backup. Original production plans and media are separate from cached Google account data.

Revoke access or contact the operator

You can revoke the console's access in your Google account at any time. The operator can also use the removal control below.

For privacy, access or deletion requests, contact support@dailyescaperadio.pro.

Support messages are relayed through the domain's configured email service to the operator's inbox. These messages are handled outside the production database by the forwarding service and the operator's email provider.

Operator sign-in is required to use the console's removal control.
