These terms apply to the Daily Escape Radio production console, operated for the owner of the Daily Escape Radio YouTube channel. Public visitors may read the application information and policies. Production features are reserved for the channel's authorized operator.
By using the console, the operator agrees to these terms and the privacy policy. The console uses YouTube API Services. Users also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
Use the console only for the channel and material you are authorized to manage. Keep operator credentials private and do not attempt to access another person's account or interfere with the service.
Connecting Google authorizes the console to manage videos and playlists, schedule approved releases and retrieve private channel performance reports. The operator remains responsible for choosing and approving content, reviewing rights and YouTube checks, and confirming publication settings.
Google access can be removed using the account controls or Google account permissions. Disconnecting removes the console's active cached Google data; videos already uploaded remain on YouTube.
The operator must hold the necessary rights to music, artwork, reference files and other uploaded material, and follow the selected generation providers' commercial-use terms. Generation or technical review does not establish copyright clearance.
Google, YouTube, hosting and generation providers apply their own terms and availability limits. YouTube determines channel eligibility, monetization and platform enforcement. The console does not guarantee revenue, monetization approval or uninterrupted service.
The operator may update these terms or disable access. Changes affecting the use of Google data require an updated privacy notice and renewed consent where applicable. Stop using the console and remove its access if you no longer accept its terms.
